Applications
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship. We review every application and accept a limited number of businesses per market. Engagement terms are set out in a separate written agreement.
Statistics and the guarantee
The 90-day refund guarantee ("make back everything you paid us within 90 days, or we refund it") applies only to signed clients, covers the fees paid to Ultemir (not ad spend), and applies only under the conditions set out in the client's written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Ultemir name, logo, and site content belong to Ultemir LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultemir LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
